Come join the Mama Barre community and try out our newest class format! 

Details: Our newest format, Cardio HIIT will get you maximum benefits in just 30 minutes! This class features varying intervals of cardio and strength exercises.

The high intensity intervals push your body to work harder and increase your heart rate, while the lower intensity intervals allow you to recover before the next round. This means your body will function at a higher metabolic level for hours after your workout ends!

We will increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your endurance, and work your entire body with a simple yet challenging high energy routine 🔥💪🏼

Dates: Friday, May 10th, 24th & 31st at 9:00 AM *Please note this class is NOT baby wearing friendly but they are welcome to attend and play by your side. Wear tennis shoes and don’t forget your water!  

👶🏻 These classes are open to all mamas and babies, please not this class is not baby wearing friendly!
