CPR Workshop & AED Training 9/18

Join us for a special hands on CPR workshop with Amanda Maratas, NICU nurse & owner of The Mama Coach.

Amanda will talk about life saving CPR, choking interventions, and how to properly use an AED. She’ll cover infant, child, and adult CPR and you’ll get hands on practice with each one!

Gain confidence in handling an emergency!

Everyone registered will receive a copy of an E-book for future reference.

Babies & dads are able to join you, please select your option at the time of registration! 

What to Bring: baby blanket to lay beside you, & water.
