Join us for a full body HIIT workout!
HIIT: a high intensity full body workout that will get you maximum benefits in just 30 minutes! This class features varying intervals of cardio and strength exercises. The high intensity intervals push your body to work harder and increase your heart rate, while the lower intensity intervals allow you to recover before the next round.
What to Bring: yoga mat, light weights, baby blanket to lay beside you, water and grippy socks (available for purchase if needed).
