Class Details:
Prenatal pilates will incorporate safe exercises and gentle movements to strengthen and support your body during all stages of pregnancy. We’ll work on improving posture, flexibility and strength to prepare your body for labor. Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Our instructors will guide you through each exercise, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported throughout the session.
