Bring: Yoga mat, water, extra blanket for your baby to lay beside you and grippy socks (required for class, available for purchase if needed). Option to bring a baby carrier.
Details: Come join us for a 45 minute traditional Mama Barre class. Mama Barre offers a full body workout focusing on low impact, high repetition, small and controlled movements. Each class will improve strength, flexibility and posture. You have the option to baby wear for the standing portion of class! If you’d like to please bring your favorite carrier.
There is self parking available at the resort.
Nubella Nedspa will be offering a special offer to everyone who attends: buy 20 get 20 units of Botox and $200 off a syringe of filler.
We will be providing waters day of and skinmedica skincare samples. ☺️
