What to Bring: yoga mat, baby blanket, optional light weights, carrier (if you want to baby wear for part of the class), water and grippy socks (available for purchase if needed).

Return Policy: due to limited space in the class, Mama Barre Series and Workshop classes and drop ins are non-refundable. Drop ins must be canceled 48 hours in advance to receive a credit. Make up classes will not be offered for this series.
