Mama Barre: Our traditional class offers a full body workout focusing on low impact, high repetition, small and controlled movements. Each class will improve strength, flexibility and posture. You will build a stronger core and tone muscles throughout your entire body.  You may baby wear during the standing portion of class.

NAD: is essential for all cells and is derived from Vitamin B3 (Niacin). It is involved in numerous metabolic processes in the body that regulate aging, energy production, neurological function, muscle mass, and cognitive function. Low levels of NAD+ are associated with many of the ailments associated with aging, making NAD+ a potent anti-aging IV therapy.

What to Bring: baby blanket to lay beside you, water and grippy socks (available for purchase if needed).
