Experience a morning dedicated to movement and mindful self-care ✨Brought to you by Inspire Mind Body & Wellness and Mama Barre.
Start off with a Mom & Me Pilates Flow designed to strengthen and restore, then enjoy the spa’s rejuvenating amenities — including cold plunge, red light therapy, sauna, and compression. Childcare is available for moms who’d like to indulge in a little solo self-care time.
Healthy snacks and refreshing drinks will be provided!
